ÖTW Winery Tours and Concert Evening

The day of arrival is not a day of waiting. Those who wish to can dive straight in. ÖTW estates open their doors, cellars and vineyards, offering a first-hand, personal insight into what goes into making the wines.

The evening concludes with a relaxed get-together in the castle park and concert at the Wolkenturm Grafenegg, one of Austria’s most extraordinary open-air venues. Featuring: Orchestra Giovanile Luigi Cherubini, Riccardo Muti and Rudolf Buchbinder.

Session: Inside ÖTW

You know that ÖTW classifies vineyards. But who are the people behind it, what drives us, and what defines us? In this talk, we’ll take the time to explore these questions. We’ll talk about what ÖTW is really all about: the internal debates we have, what unites us, and the people who bring this community to life every day.

ÖTW Summer Festival: Roots in the Garden

After a long first Summit day, we invite you to join us for a feast. Weather permitting, the Grafenegg Castle Park will open its gates, and all ÖTW wineries will be there. Expect special culinary delights, wines from beyond the top vineyards that reveal what still lies dormant in the cellars, and the perfect atmosphere to match. An evening where time stands still.

Winery visits: Behind the Label 2.0

Many of you are travelling to Grafenegg from all over the world and may never have seen an ÖTW winery from the inside. We’re going to change that. And let’s be honest: hardly anyone can manage four days of intensive wine tasting without a break.

Behind the Label is the perfect opportunity to spend the afternoon doing something different, right at the winemakers’ premises, in small groups of no more than five people. No set tour programme, just genuine interaction: the vineyards, the cellars, the philosophy and the people behind the labels of the wines you’ve been enjoying all week.

Side by Side: ÖTW Dinner

The ÖTW is more than just an association of wineries. It stands for community, and there’s no better way to experience that than around a table. At the Side by Side Dinner, two ÖTW wineries from two different regions join forces to host a dinner, no more than 30 minutes’ drive from Grafenegg. Two estates, two styles, one evening. A maximum of six guests are invited per dinner. We’ll organise the shuttle.

BYOB: Bring Your Own Bottle Uncorked at Grafenegg

We produce magnificent wines – we truly believe that. But we’re curious to hear about your favourite wines. All Summit participants and all participating wineries are invited to bring along a bottle or two, whether it’s your current favourite, a personal discovery or a well-kept secret. We’ll be happy to chill them for you. The result isn’t a programme, but an evening.
